These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Snippet application, website, and related services. Please read them thoroughly before creating an account or publishing content.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, creating an account on, or using the Snippet mobile application (package: com.stackmassage.stackmassage), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using the app and uninstall it immediately.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) to create an account on Snippet. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your user account.
3. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
To maintain a safe, welcoming, and high-quality environment for all readers and creators, you agree NOT to publish, upload, or transmit any content that:
- Contains hate speech, racial slurs, harassment, stalking, or threats of violence.
- Displays sexually explicit content, pornography, or non-consensual imagery.
- Promotes dangerous, illegal, fraudulent acts, or self-harm.
- Infringes on the intellectual property, copyrights, or trademarks of others.
- Spams automated links, scams, malware, or unsolicited promotions.
- Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt Snippet server architecture.
4. User Generated Content & License
You retain full copyright and ownership over the original articles, video stories, photos, and comments that you create and post to Snippet.
By posting content to public areas of Snippet, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, cache, display, format, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and promoting the Snippet service.
5. Content Moderation & Abuse Reporting
Snippet employs automated filters and human administrative moderation to protect our community. We reserve the absolute right to:
- Remove, unpublish, or hide any post, article, or video that violates these Terms.
- Restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts exhibiting repetitive violations.
- Provide in-app reporting tools enabling any user to flag abusive content or malicious users.
6. Intellectual Property & DMCA
Snippet respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a formal DMCA takedown request with proof of ownership to support@snippet.io.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall Snippet, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
8. Account Termination & Deletion
You may terminate your account at any time by utilizing the in-app deletion feature or through our Web Deletion Portal. Upon confirmed deletion, all your personal data and content will be purged according to our Privacy Policy.
